• Conduct sales planning and develop service strategies to grow the portfolio.
• Serve existing clients and actively develop new customer relationships.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and pain points.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, needs, and requirements
• Propose solutions and sales presentations to showcase the value and address client questions head-on.
• Prepare and negotiate maintenance contract proposals, including:
- Maintenance rates
- Terms & conditions
- Legal and customer-specific requirements
• Participate in open tenders and prepare all necessary documentation for submission.
• Review customer-issued contracts for special terms and conditions that differ from company standards.
• Act as a liaison between operations and commercial teams.
• Support digital business initiatives and transformation efforts.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities to align service delivery with contract terms.
• Assist Credit Control Executive in pursuing overdue payments.
• Prepare monthly reports such as:
- VFO
- Unit Losses
- Conversion Report
- P21
• Ensure compliance to Schindler Organizational Norms, policies, procedures, and requirements of the Sales process.
