Title : Project Manager - HCM
Contract Till : June 2027
Location : Olympic Park, NSW ( 3 days in office a MUST )
Pay rate : $1100 including super

MUST HAVE : SAP HCM / Workforce / Employee Relation (ER) / SAP ECC

Responsibilities

• Led the delivery and implementation of the HCM ( Employee Relation / Workforce)
• Collaborated with stakeholders across recruitment, onboarding, HR, ICT, and operational teams to capture, validate, and manage business requirements

Skills

• Large-scale ICT, ERP, and HCM project delivery in government and enterprise environments.
• End-to-end project management, governance, planning, and BAU transition.
• Systems integration, data migration, and business process transformation.
• Stakeholder, vendor, and executive relationship management.
• Risk, budget, schedule, and benefits management.
• PRINCE2, Agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Organisational change management and business readiness.
