About the opportunity

To support our continued growth, we're seeking experienced Painter/Blasters to join our team on an established project in Cataby, WA. Accommodation is provided throughout the week, with return home each weekend — offering a DIDO roster with a closer-to-home advantage.

Ongoing maintenance on established mineral sands mining operation - corrosion remediation works, including the blasting and painting of structural steel

57 Hours a week

$54.25 per hour + $45 per week travel allowance

DIDO role, ex-Perth, site & accommodation located in Cataby, WA

Camp accommodation provided - Monday to Friday with demobilisation Friday afternoon

Vehicle supplied for travel between accommodation and site

About you

You're a safety-minded, team-focused tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and contributing to a strong site culture.

You'll bring:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in as an Industrial Painter/Blaster

Full Australian work rights – passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate, or valid work visa

Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications:

White Card

Drivers License

Trade Qualification - Painter/Blasting (desired but not mandatory)

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening

Genuine commitment to safety – you follow procedures, wear your PPE properly, and speak up when something doesn't look right

Team player who backs up your crew, communicates well, and helps maintain a positive site culture
