JUNIOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a motivated Junior Contract Administrator to join a growing construction and fabrication business based in Campbellfield.

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE

About the Role

Working closely with an experienced Project Managers, you’ll support the successful delivery of a wide variety of projects. This role offers hands-on exposure across all stages of project management — from planning and procurement through to site coordination, safety, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with short-term project planning and scheduling

Support client and subcontractor communication

Help coordinate trades, deliveries, and site activities

Assist with procurement, cost tracking, and reviewing invoices

Contribute to WHS compliance and quality assurance documentation

Provide support with project variations and design documentation
