We are seeking a fully qualified and licensed plumber to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works across commercial, government, aged care, and many other sites. This role requires a strong understanding of compliance standards and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general plumbing installation, maintenance, and repairs
• Diagnose faults and complete efficient, high-quality repairs
• Install, test, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Conduct backflow prevention and TMV servicing/testing
• Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards and regulations
• Complete documentation and job reporting accurately
• Work safely in line with WHS requirements

Key Requirements

• Current plumbing licence (ACT or equivalent)
• Backflow Prevention and TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) accreditation qualification (essential or willing to obtain)
• Proven experience in commercial and or maintenance plumbing
• Strong understanding of compliance and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Valid driver's licence

Security Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Defence Security Clearance (Baseline or higher)
• Police check - or able to obtain
• WWVP card - or able to obtain

Desirable (Nice to Have)

• Experience working on Defence or government contracts
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
