The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Springwood team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio while being supported by a structure designed to help you succeed. You’ll have access to strong systems, a supportive team and resources that allow you to focus on delivering great service to your clients.

What You’ll Get
$85,000-$95,000 + super + performance-based bonus incentives
Field Agent support completing routines and open homes
Modern tools and systems including Inspection Express 360 AI reporting
Flexible working conditions including 1 day WFH per week after probation
No weekend work required
Birthday leave and one paid volunteer day per year
Ongoing CPD training, Coronis internal training sessions and RESE conference
Regular recognition through PM appreciation events, quarterly awards and annual awards evening
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage and maintain a residential property portfolio
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
Oversee maintenance, inspections and day-to-day portfolio management
Provide proactive communication and high-quality service
Work closely with your team to deliver strong client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
Previous Property Management experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
PropertyMe experience preferred but not essential
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment
