We are looking for a CRM marketer who knows how to turn customer data into revenue. You’re a hands-on CRM and Lifecycle Marketing leader, you will own customer acquisition and customer journeys across a database of more than 500,000 customers.
This role is ideal for someone who has built and optimised lifecycle programs, driven customer acquisition outcomes, and understands how to use segmentation, personalisation and automation to increase conversion, engagement and customer lifetime value.
The Role
Reporting into the Marketing Leadership team, you'll take ownership of customer acquisition and you'll be responsible for growing and engaging a large customer base through highly targeted campaigns, customer journeys and marketing automation programs that drive measurable commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on role combining strategy, campaign delivery, analytics and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own CRM, lifecycle marketing and customer engagement strategy
- Design and execute email marketing, SMS and customer journey campaigns
- Develop customer segmentation and personalisation strategies
- Drive customer acquisition, reactivation and conversion outcomes
- Build and optimise lifecycle programs including onboarding, nurture, win-back and loyalty journeys
- Improve customer lifetime value, participation frequency and customer engagement
- Lead A/B testing and campaign optimisation initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Manage CRM campaign calendars and customer communications
- Lead and mentor a team of two marketing professionals
- Work closely with digital, data and marketing stakeholders to achieve revenue targets

- Strong CRM and lifecycle marketing experience
- Experience managing large customer databases
- Expertise in email marketing and customer journey design

- Strong customer acquisition and retention experience
- Experience improving customer lifetime value and engagement
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
- Experience leading test-and-learn and optimisation programs
