The Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our advisers, clients, and other stakeholders to implement strategies outlined in Statements of Advice (SoAs). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Documentation: Assist in preparing accurate SoA and implementation documents and related forms for SoA meetings.

Implementation Management: Oversee the ongoing implementation of strategies documented in SoAs, including insurance, superannuation & investment applications.

Client Support: Provide high-level support to clients, ensuring our customer service standards are met.

Liaison: Coordinate with clients, mortgage brokers, and property specialists to facilitate smooth processes.

Compliance: Ensure all compliance requirements are met promptly and accurately.

Process Improvement: Contribute to team discussions aimed at enhancing business processes and client outcomes.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

An interest in a career in a growing Financial Planning firm

At least 1 year Industry experience in a similar role

Experience using XPlan or other similar software (preferable)

Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate a proven ability manage a high volume and fast paced environment

Excellent presentation and a polite, professional manner

Proven strong attention to detail

Proven ability to work both in a team and autonomously

A driven focus on process improvements and achieving set projects outside of your daily responsibilities
