Responsibilities:

Perform blood specimen collection and electrocardiograms (ECGs) accurately and efficiently using various techniques, including venipuncture and capillary collection.

Assist with basic laboratory processing and administrative tasks, such as inventory management and data collation.

Ensure safety compliance and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs.

Requirements:

Recognized Diploma in Medical Technology, Nursing, or a Certificate in Phlebotomy.

Relevant experience in phlebotomy and ECG processes is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to initiate tasks and work effectively within a team setting.

Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and working independently with minimal supervision.
