The Role

• Manage multiple civil projects from mobilisation through to handover and close-out
• Maintain control of budgets, programmes, costs, cash flow and forecast margins
• Lead procurement and administer subcontracts, claims, variations, EOTs and notices
• Work closely with Supervisors to coordinate staging, resources, plant and project delivery
• Manage client and consultant relationships while identifying and resolving risks early

The Criteria

• Experience with a local civil contractor as a Project Manager, or Contracts Administrator, Project Engineer or Supervisor ready to step up
• Exposure to bulk earthworks, roads, pavements, drainage, subdivisions or industrial civil packages
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities
• Confident communicating directly with clients, subcontractors and site teams
