Support Worker – Psychosocial Disability (NDIS)

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist participants living with psychosocial and mental health-related disabilities. This role requires someone confident working in complex support environments with strong emotional resilience and practical care capability.

Experience required:

Supporting individuals with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, anxiety, and depression

Community access and community participation support

Domestic assistance and daily living support

Advocacy and person-centred support within the NDIS framework

Working alongside participants with fluctuating capacity and high support needs

Essential requirements:

Current First Aid & CPR certification

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Valid Working With Children Check

ABN (independent contractor status)

Professional resume demonstrating relevant experience
