We are expanding the Finance Team in the Sydney office based in Wetherill Park and we are looking for a well-rounded and experienced Accounts Assistant to help with the day-to-day finance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Reporting
Assist with month-end and reporting
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Accounts Payable:
Accurate data entry
Process accounts payable invoices
Reconcile supplier statements
Supplier credit applications
Prepare bank transfers and credit card payments
Payroll:
Assist with the preparation of the fortnightly payroll
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, and ad-hoc tasks
Answer internal and external queries professionally
Liaise with operational staff to resolve queries and support smooth operations
Collaborate with the finance team on daily activities and special projects
About You:
You’re an enthusiastic, detail-focused team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll bring:
At least 5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Assistant
Experience in processing supplier invoices
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft products i.e. excel and word
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
What’s on Offer
Salary circa $80,000 + Superannuation
