Temp opportunity
$55-$58/hour + super
Adelaide (West of the city)
Are you passionate about supporting people and building strong communities? We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tenancy Officer to manage a portfolio of homes and help create successful, sustainable tenancies. This may also suit someone seeking to move across from residential real estate property management into the growing community housing sector.
This role is for an Immediate start in a City West location
The role
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will provide responsive tenancy management services, deliver high-quality customer support, connect residents with local services, and ensure compliance with residential tenancy legislation and community housing standards. You will inspect properties and must have proven experience in this area.
About You:
Experienced in tenancy, property, housing, or community services
Understanding of legislation, form 5s etc
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Committed to excellent customer service and continuous improvement
Able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

You must be able to step straight into a role working in a fast paced environment with minimal training. You will have to demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task with exceptional communication skills and an empathetic nature.
Previous experience in community housing or property management is a must .
A current Working with Children Clearance and National Police clearance are required.
