Are you ready to take that next step in your career and managing a portfolio or are you an experienced PM looking for flexibility? Our client is looking for Junior PM or an experienced PM. Company is going through growth, and they have a small portfolio of around 100 properties to manage. located in the inner west 3031
About The Role.
- Monday to Friday and rotation of Saturdays being 1 in 4- work from home flexibility 2 days per week
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and just one Saturday a month for opens
- Full administration support
- Managing a portfolio of local properties of around 100 properties
- Supportive fun team and very supportive and super funny outgoing director
Salary up to $80K+Super (depending on experience)
About You.
- Open to 12 Months experience within real estate as PM or an assistant PM
- Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
- Experience using a Property Management program being Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
- Corporate attire & presented
- Car & Drivers Licence
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
