You
We’re looking for an inspiring leader who will uphold a values led culture and motivate the team to deliver measurable results. Willing to challenge the status quo, you must have experience influencing Owners and senior stakeholders, with a proven track record of identifying viable opportunities, developing business strategy, and successfully guiding a business into the future. Commercially astute with excellent judgement, you should bring to the table visionary thinking, technology ‘savviness’ and the capacity for innovation. Other sought-after qualities include financial acumen, a desire for data driven decision making and an ‘unconstrained’ mindset. An understanding of transport and logistics would be valuable, but not essential.
