About the role
Manage and operate advanced multi-colour sheet-fed offset presses. Maintain sharp colour matching, execute precise adjustments for commercial print work, and handle preventative equipment maintenance.
Duties
Operate sheet-fed A1 and A2 multi-colour LED-UV offset presses
Maintain precise colour matching and registration on commercial print work
Execute preventative maintenance to keep equipment in optimum condition
Identify and report press repairs or safety issues
Follow process-driven production systems and maintain clean workspaces
Skills & experience
To qualify, you’ll bring a trade qualification in printing or equivalent hands-on experience in sheet-fed offset press operation within a commercial print environment. Ideally, you’ll have 3–5+ years of experience, particularly on multi-colour presses, but we’re also open to recently qualified printers or early-career tradespeople who already have hands-on exposure to commercial offset presses.
Trade qualification in printing or equivalent sheet-fed offset experience
Proven background with multi-colour commercial print runs
Expertise with RMGT, Heidelberg, Komori, or Mitsubishi presses
Strong technical eye for detail and precise registration
Ability to work independently within structured production processes
