About the role

We are seeking experienced GPS Grader & Dozer Operators to join our team at Bajara Plant Hire Pty Ltd to work on multiple large-scale projects throughout Brisbane.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate and maintain equipment to a high standard

Working efficiently, and following site instructions

Showcasing your experience and offering support where needed

Carry out pre-start checks and basic maintenance on assigned machinery

Communicate effectively with the site foreman and other construction workers to complete tasks efficiently

Adhere to all safety regulations and site procedures

Assist with loading and unloading of plant equipment as required

What we're looking for

Operators must be highly experienced on Graders & Dozers. GPS/UTS experience is a MUST.

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Grader or Dozer operator.

Formal qualifications (RII Ticket) in operating relevant earthmoving equipment, such as an RII Grader ticket.

Understanding of construction site safety procedures and a commitment to workplace health and safety

Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with others on site

Reliability and a can-do attitude to get the job done

Current Construction White Card and valid Australian driver's license

Must have permanent Australian work rights or appropriate visa to work in Queensland
