Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and ensure works are carried out according to project requirements.
Coordinate site activities involving trenching, excavation, cable laying, road reinstatement, and other civil works.
Monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure work quality, safety, and progress.
Liaise with project teams, clients, and relevant authorities where required.
Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper site documentation.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in civil engineering, utility infrastructure, trenching, cable laying, excavation, or road works is preferred.
Able to work outdoors and travel between project sites.
Willing to work day or night shifts based on project requirements.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
