About the Role
We are seeking a Learning & Development Programme Specialist to manage and deliver impactful learning initiatives. This role combines programme management, facilitation and stakeholder engagement to create effective learning experiences and support continuous capability development.
π° Salary: $3,800 β $5,500/month
π Location: Central Singapore
π Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am β 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am β 5.30pm
Job Scope
Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives
Facilitate learning sessions and support engaging learning experiences across different formats
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop practical learning content and resources
Coordinate programme logistics, timelines, resources and stakeholder communications
Review programme outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance learning effectiveness
Support organisational development and capability-building initiatives through learning projects
Conduct research on learning trends and best practices to improve programme relevance
Manage multiple projects while ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource or relevant field is preferred
Experience in Learning & Development, programme management, facilitation or training delivery is preferred
Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Good project management and organisational abilities
