About the role

At Coral Coast Beef, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Butcher to join our team in our Sawyers Valley, WA 6073 location. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the high quality and standards of our premium meat products.

Key responsibilities

Expertly breaking, cutting, trimming, and preparing quality beef to meet customer specifications

Ensuring all meat products are displayed and stored in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice on preparation and cooking methods

Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked work environment

Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified Butcher, preferably in a retail or commercial setting

Thorough knowledge of meat cuts, quality, and preparation techniques

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide knowledgeable product recommendations

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
