About The Role
Ideal for an ambitious advisory professional ready to step up and deliver real impact across a range of clients. You'll work alongside senior leadership on major change programmes and operating model improvements. It's a hands on role focused on problem solving, stakeholder engagement and delivering key project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple workstreams across transformation and change programmes
• Work closely with client stakeholders to solve operational problems and improve ways of working
• Help run workshops, strategy sessions and key project meetings
• Produce analysis, presentations and high quality deliverables
• Manage project logistics including risks, dependencies and actions
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent, reliable delivery
• Support internal initiatives and new business proposals
• Work in step with directors and managers to keep delivery unified

About You

• Around 3 to 5 years' experience in consulting, transformation or change management
• Big 4 background highly desired but not mandatory
• Experience operating across change management, operating model design or transformation
• Strong communicator with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Structured problem solver with sharp attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities in fast moving environments
• Commercial mindset focused on value and client outcomes
• Degree in commerce, HR, business or a related field
