The Role

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, driving program, and ensuring safety and quality are delivered across all stages of the build.
You’ll be the link between site teams and management, keeping everything moving and solving problems as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate trades
• Drive program and ensure key milestones are met
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and site presentation
• Work closely with Site Manager and Construction Manager
• Manage subcontractors and ensure productivity on site
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep the build on track
• Ensure compliance with WHS and project requirements

About You

• Trade qualified (Carpentry or similar preferred)
• Proven experience as a General Foreman on residential or mixed-use projects
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple trades
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site delivery
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
• Confident communicator who can drive outcomes on site
