About the role
If you're ready to join a property management team where you are supported rather than expected to do everything yourself, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Working alongside an experienced Head of Property Management, Senior Property Manager and dedicated support staff, you'll become part of a team managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 400 properties. The portfolio is shared across a team of four, giving you the support, structure and stability to focus on delivering outstanding service while continuing to develop your career.
- Manage outgoings and routine inspections
- Monitor arrears, rental reviews and lease renewals
- Maintain tenant relationships
- Work alongside leasing, ingoing, admin and accounts support
- Focus purely on tenant management

Experience required
- 18 months property management experience
- NSW Class 2 License or Certificate of Registration
- Current driver's license and reliable car
- Confident communication skills
- Team player who enjoys working with others
- Highly organised
