What you'll do:

Prepare and cook dishes to menu standards

Support smooth kitchen operations in fast-paced environments

Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations

Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks and ordering

Deliver consistency in taste, presentation and portion control

What you'll have:

Experience across a variety of kitchen sections (breakfast, butchery, seafood, poultry, pastry, salads, canapés, sauces, stocks, etc.)

Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

A Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is highly recommended, though not essential

A strong work ethic, reliability, and confidence working across different venues
