HVAC Project Manager – Major Commercial Projects

Well-established, national top tier HVAC contractor with a strong record of delivering successful mechanical packages across major commercial, institutional and industrial projects- both small and large projects.
With an in-house team spanning engineering, BIM drafting, delivery (and also service), this is a business that delivers complex jobs properly, and has the pipeline to match.
The Role
You’ll be delivering a mix of projects ranging from mid sized challenging jobs to major scale construction projects, (up to $40M Mech packages).
Projects include major high-rise residential, mixed use commercial, hospital / healthcare and major fit-outs - A solid mix to keep things interesting across the board, and builders that the leading mech firms actually want to work with.
What We’re After
Solid local experience in major HVAC project delivery (Tier 1 and 2).
Mechanical Engineer OR strong artisan trade background
Deep and obvious understanding of a range of commercial HVAC systems
Able to run jobs, manage all key stakeholders, and finish projects on budget.
Organised, proactive and easy to deal with - a team player is essential.
