We're on the hunt for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service & Administration Support superstar to join a friendly and supportive team in Dandenong South.

This isn't your typical admin role. You'll be the go-to person for customers, support the sales team, manage enquiries and quotes, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you love variety, enjoy talking to people, and like being busy throughout the day, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

✔ Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
✔ Preparing quotes and arranging product samples
✔ Following up leads and supporting sales activity
✔ Building great relationships with customers
✔ Updating CRM systems and maintaining records
✔ Assisting with accounts and general administration tasks
✔ Working closely with a supportive and experienced team

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or sales support experience
• Strong communication skills and a friendly personality
• Someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys solving problems
• Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• A team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help out
