Job Scope:
Handle motor accident reporting and insurance claims from submission to completion.
Liaise with insurance companies on accident reports, claims processing, and claim status updates.
Review vehicle repair history and report any recurring issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.
Conduct vehicle inspections for body and paintwork repairs to ensure repair quality.
Prepare and maintain accurate records for repair costs, insurance claims, and vehicle history.
Ensure all claim documents are complete and processed in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams and workshops to facilitate the claims and repair process.
Perform general administrative duties and any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Possess class 3 driving license
Prior experience in motor insurance claims, automotive, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
