Sales & Client Coordinator — Roofing | Prestons

RoofXPro is a fast-growing Sydney residential roofing company. We’ve got strong demand and a full quote pipeline — what we need is someone to turn good quotes into booked jobs, set quality appointments, and help keep crews, subbies and clients moving.

This is a sales-first coordination seat. The core of your day is on the phone chasing quotes and booking work. Around that, you’ll support the team that keeps jobs running and be the client’s reliable point of contact. If you’re organised and you don’t go quiet when a call gets awkward, read on.

What you’ll do

Sales & conversion (your main game)

Follow up residential quotes daily — phone-first, using our script and call card — until won, lost or dead

Convert inbound leads into booked site inspections and confirm them so they show

Set appointments off warm leads — qualify interested commercial contacts and book them straight into [the BDM’s / the Director’s] diary

Run outreach to commercial channels (strata, facilities, insurance, aged care) using our playbook and CRM

Coordination support

Assist with crew and job allocations — keeping the run sheet accurate and up to date

Keeping dashboard updated at all time

Support subcontractor and contractor coordination: confirming bookings, chasing the gaps

Help keep scheduling, site access and materials timing on track

General coordination tasks that keep work flowing

Client

Proactive client updates so nobody has to chase us

First point of contact for client queries — resolve or escalate

Post-job follow-up: warranty documents, review requests, referrals

About you

Confident and persistent on the phone — comfortable chasing a “yes” and a “no”

Organised and reliable; you keep a tight diary and don’t drop balls

Calm under interrupt-driven pressure — can juggle a quote chase and a coordination task in the same hour

Good with systems (we use ServiceM8 and GoHighLevel — training provided)

Roofing, trades or home-services background a plus, not essential
