💼 Key Responsibilities
Lead the online grocery fulfilment team to ensure timely & accurate order processing
Oversee picking, packing, stock replenishment & inventory accuracy
Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged & returned items
Handle customer enquiries related to online orders
Coach and lead the fulfilment team to achieve daily targets
Plan manpower and ensure smooth daily operations
🎯 Requirements
2 years' experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, inventory or e-commerce fulfilment
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office & mobile applications
Able to lift up to 20kg
⏰ Working Hours
Rotating shifts, including weekends & public holidays
