This role is designed for an experienced Clinical Psychologist who is ready to take the next step into leadership or an established Clinical Director looking for a practice where they can make a lasting impact.
The Opportunity
As Clinical Director, you'll become the senior clinical leader within the practice, working closely alongside the Managing Director to guide clinical excellence while maintaining your own rewarding caseload. Leadership experience and supervision are essential however the managing director is very hands on and happy to upskill clinicians who are ready to take that next step into the main senior role.
You'll have significant autonomy to shape your week, balancing leadership responsibilities with protected clinical time.
This is not a role for someone wanting to step away from clients; it is designed for someone who enjoys both leadership and high-quality clinical work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical leadership and pastoral support to an experienced team of psychologists
- Supervising Clinical Registrars and supporting ongoing professional development
- Leading complex case discussions and assisting with difficult referrals
- Overseeing quality assurance across clinical services
- Supporting delivery of specialised Autism and ADHD assessment programs
- Working alongside leadership on new clinical initiatives and service development
- Assisting with workforce planning and clinical resource allocation
- Building a positive, accountable and supportive team culture
- Maintaining your own high-quality clinical caseload
- Managing team KPI'S, and monitoring budget structures with the MD

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is practical, approachable and highly respected clinically.
You'll thrive if you:
• Are an experienced Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA endorsement
• Have experience supervising psychologists or Clinical Registrars
• Enjoy mentoring others and helping clinicians develop
• Can confidently manage complex clinical presentations
• Are commercially aware and understand the balance between excellent clinical care and running a successful service
• Prefer rolling up your sleeves and getting things done rather
• Are organised, self-sufficient and don't require close management
• Want genuine influence over clinical standards and future service development
