We are currently seeking an experienced Roadworker to join a Transport infrastructure maintenance team based in Bomaderry NSW.
ABOUT THE ROLE
📍 Location: Bomaderry Depot, NSW
💰 Pay Rate:$40 - $45.45 per hour + Super
📅 Start Date: ASAP (subject to checks)
📅 End Date: 27 November 2026
⏰ Roster: 9 Day Fortnight
🌙 Combination of Day and Night Shift work as required
🚫 Living Away From Home: No (MUST BE LOCAL)
This role will see you assisting with the maintenance, construction and repair of essential road infrastructure throughout the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Road and pavement maintenance
✅ Drainage and roadside maintenance works
✅ Installation and maintenance of signs and roadside infrastructure
✅ Traffic control and work zone management
✅ Operation of hand and power tools
✅ General civil labouring duties
✅ Conducting safety checks and basic equipment maintenance
✅ Following WHS and environmental procedures
✅ Supporting crews to deliver road maintenance programs safely and efficiently
ABOUT YOU
To be successful, you will have:
✔ MR Truck Licence (Required)
✔ Traffic Controller Ticket (Advantageous)
✔ Implement Traffic Control Plan Ticket (Advantageous)
✔ White Card (MUST HAVE)
✔ Previous road maintenance or civil construction experience
✔ Strong commitment to workplace safety
✔ Ability to work day and night shifts when required
✔ Must be able to pass police check (ESSENTIAL)
