Job Description:

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.

Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and workplace safety requirements.

Coordinate and liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.

Review project schedules, monitor work progress, and ensure milestones are achieved within the planned timeline.

Oversee testing, commissioning, inspections, and handover of electrical systems.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical, design, and site coordination issues promptly.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, method statements, and as-built documentation.

Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.

Assist the Project Manager in project planning, resource coordination, and overall project delivery.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant Singapore’s Facilities Management and construction experience.

Familiar with electrical systems, testing, and commissioning.

Minimum LEW license grade 8

Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

7.00am to 7.00pm

Saturdays/Eve of Public Holidays

7.00am to 1.00pm
