Basic information:

4 weekdays + 1 weekend, 9 hourly shift between 7am - 6pm

Job scope:

Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing, quantities and supporting documentation.

Respond to enquiries relating to products, quotations, lead times, pricing and order status.

Coordinate and resolve after-sales matters, including returns, exchanges and delivery-related issues.

Liaise closely with Warehouse, Logistics and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.

Process sales orders and backend documentation to support accurate picking, packing and delivery operations.

Prepare quotations based on approved pricing guidelines and inputs from the Sales/Commercial team.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
