Duties:

• Lead and mentor a small team of staff.
• Ensure the gym is clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for member acquisition.
• Identify growth opportunities for club services.
• Create a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Achieve monthly KPIs in sales and member satisfaction.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in fitness, sales or business development preferred.
• Genuine passion for fitness and helping others.
• Proficient in social media marketing and content creation.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification required.
• Willingness to undergo background checks (Working With Children Check).
• Valid driver's license necessary for club operations.
