Principal Responsibilities
- Develop strategies adapted to changing market conditions to grow the Electronic Specialty Gas (ESG) revenue and profit for country.
- Grow the revenue with existing customers with new products and services leveraging on relationships with existing customers. Identify potential customers in the electronics segment and complete research on their production process and application needs and position Linde’s offerings.
- Having in-depth knowledge of products value proposition. Becomes a subject expert in our products, internal processes and operations, liaise with internal stakeholders efficiently and remain up to date in industry news.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Prepare business proposals and negotiate with key stakeholders for new products.
- Identify and connect with key decision makers (initiator, influencer, decider, user) within a customer organization from commercial and technical perspective.
- Monitor competitor - understand local & regional competitor strengths and weaknesses (market share, cost positions, etc.), and expected/typical behavior.
- Manage ESG products responsibility to ensure all local, state and national regulations are complied with.
- Assist in coordinating product, process or engineering changes, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material flow.
Requirements
University degree in electronics/chemical engineering preferred.
Post-graduate development programs and networking skills.
Semiconductor manufacturing processes and knowledge preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in order to communicate effectively with customers and senior management.
Minimum 3 years experience in electronic gases. Experience in equipment business (for wafer fab manufacturing, gas related) will be an added advantage.
