About the role

MARINECALL PTE LTD is seeking experienced Boarding Officers to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. As a Boarding / Shipping Officer, you will play a crucial role in our maritime operations, ensuring the seamless movement of ships and compliance with all relevant regulations. What you'll be doing

Schedule port arrivals, berth reservations, and cargo operations

Liaise with port/immigration/custom authorities, shipping agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate the timely clearance of port clearances

Maintain detailed records of all boarding activities, including vessel movements, cargo details, and any discrepancies or irregularities

Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency and compliance

Without relevant experience are welcome

Minimum Qualification GCE 'N' Level

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Keen attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology used in the industry

A collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
