Job Title: Sustainability & Compliances Executive
Key Responsibilities
o Experience in administration and support of end-to-end preparation, execution, and follow-up for annual ISCC audit.
o Maintain and verify supply chain traceability, greenhouse gas (GHG) data and all required documentation.
o Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure strict alignment with respective scheme requirements.
o Support the execution of corporate sustainability strategies and program.
o Conduct internal audits and site visits to ensure compliance with sustainability policies and identify areas for improvement.
o Experience in QMS and safety requirement in operation/processing units
o Able to travel to sites in APAC region as required
o Maintain accurate records, contracts and documentation for all sustainability and traceability claims.
o Implement EU reporting, sustainability ESG reporting timely
Qualifications & Requirements
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Chemical, Environmental Engineering or Science, Sustainability Supply Chain Management
·
· Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of working experience in corporate sustainability, supply chain auditing, ESG compliance, life cycle assessment reporting
·
· Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ISCC, or similar sustainability certification schemes. Good understanding of mass balance methodologies and GHG calculation.
· Skills:
o Strong data analysis and record-keeping abilities.
o Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
o Proficiency in data management and MS Excel
