Chef de Partie (CDP) x2
Salary: Up to $3,300
Minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen experience preferred
Cooks x2
Salary: Up to $2,800
No experience to 1 year experience
Location: Central (Orchard MRT)
Working Hours
5 Days Work Week (Including Weekends & Public Holidays)
Shift Hours: 10:00AM – 10:00PM
Average 55 working hours per week including overtime
Overtime is expected during the initial launch period as operations stabilise.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute mains, pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to quality standards
Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards within the kitchen
Support mise en place and daily kitchen preparation
Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu execution and kitchen operations
Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage
