About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer and HR Co-ordinator to join the dynamic team at Boldbridge Group (Nambour RSL Club and The Bower Tree) on the Sunshine Coast. In this Full Time role, you will be responsible for processing payroll and providing valuable support to the broader HR function. This role will be Fulll Time across our 2 venues in Nambour and Sippy Downs. Your attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and ability to work collaboratively will be key to your success in this position.

What you'll be doing

Accurately processing weekly payroll for approximately 160 employees

Maintaining employee records and ensuring all payroll-related information is up-to-date and compliant

Providing HR support, such as onboarding new employees, inducting new employees and coordinating training programs

Placing job adverts, screening applicants and co-ordinating interviews

Maintaining Inventory for Staff Uniforms requirements

Ensure compliance registers are maintained and upto for all staff training

Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and effective HR processes

Assisting with general administration and telephone enquiries.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a payroll or HR co-ordinator role, preferably within a medium-sized organisation

Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including the ability to navigate payroll software and systems (Tanda and Allara)

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees

Proactive and organised approach to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

A keen interest in human resources and a desire to contribute to the overall HR function

Early morning starts for payroll processing on Tuesday’s is essential.
