About the Role

Working closely with our leadership team, service desk and professional services engineers, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer requests, hardware orders and internal operations are managed efficiently from start to finish.

This is an office-based role in Melbourne due to the warehousing and stock management responsibilities.

No two days are the same. One moment you'll be coordinating hardware procurement, the next you'll be preparing quotes, managing stock or helping ensure our customers receive an exceptional experience.


Key Responsibilities

Provide overflow customer service support and assist with incoming enquiries

Welcome visitors and provide reception coverage when required

Manage incoming and outgoing IT hardware and warehouse inventory

Coordinate stock ordering, receiving, dispatch and inventory accuracy

Manage opportunity workflows within ConnectWise

Prepare hardware quotations and convert approved quotes into sales and purchase orders

Liaise with distributors and suppliers to coordinate ordering and delivery

Monitor outstanding orders and proactively communicate updates

Provide general operational and administrative support across the business


About You

You're someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys juggling multiple priorities and takes ownership of your work.

You'll ideally bring:

Previous experience in Operations, Sales Support, Customer Service or Administration

Outstanding organisational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Confidence using multiple systems simultaneously

A proactive, can-do attitude

The ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working within an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP)

Experience using ConnectWise Manage

Hardware procurement or IT purchasing experience

Warehouse or inventory management experience

Experience working with IT distributors or technology suppliers

Please note:

This is a Melbourne-based position.

The role is full-time and office-based during the initial probation period to support training and integration.

Following successful completion of probation, a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home will apply.
