Role & Responsibilities:

• Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
• Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
• Tracking of project expenditure against budget
• Responsible for lodging progress claims

Your Background:

• Have 2+year experience with a commercial builder or High End residential builder as a Contract Administrator
• Main Contractor experience is a must
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Display the right attitude
• Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
