Position: Operation Assistant
Location: Pioneer
Salary : Up to $3,700 + VB
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm; Alt Sat, 9.00am – 1.00pm (WFH, most of the time standby only)
Coordinate day-to-day vessel supply operations and delivery arrangements.
Liaise with vessel agents, captains, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and process delivery orders, quotations, invoices, and other logistics documents.
Track shipments and deliveries; ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
Support agency services as required.
Maintain clear records of orders, communications, and operational activities.
Attend to urgent operational requests, even outside standard working hours (when necessary).
Uphold company standards for safety, quality and customer service.
