A well-established Singapore-based construction company specializing in civil engineering works, infrastructure projects, and industrial developments.
Benefits summary:
Basic up to $5000 (Stretchable based on experiences)
Entitled yearly VB
Monday to Friday + Alt Saturday (Office hour)
Working location at East region (Free shuttle bus service)
Job scope:
Assist in tender preparation, quantity take-off, quotation sourcing, and submission documentation.
Evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and competitive pricing.
Handle cost estimation, budgeting, and tender documentation including BOQ.
Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier tenders from a commercial standpoint.
Support contract administration, including variation orders, extension of time claims, and final account settlement.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or equivalent.
Possess 1-3 years of relevant working experience in construction field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
