About the role

Cintra Consultancy is looking for a creative and hands-on Video Production Intern to support the filming and production of home tours, property showcases, founder-led videos, and social media content.

Key responsibilities

Film home tours, property walkthroughs, interviews, talking-head videos, and founder-led content

Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment

Capture engaging footage for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms

Guide founders, property agents, and talents during shoots to achieve natural and confident delivery

Assist with shot planning, framing, staging, scripts, and production schedules

Identify suitable supporting footage and visual storytelling opportunities during shoots

Organise and manage footage, equipment, project files, and media assets

Support video editing, subtitles, audio adjustments, colour correction, and basic motion graphics

Work closely with content strategists, producers, editors, and client servicing teams

Travel to different filming locations and support shoots outside regular hours when required

About you

Strong interest in videography, social media, property, and personal-brand content

Understanding and used cameras, lighting, audio, framing, for video production

Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software is an advantage

Good eye for composition, storytelling, and short-form content

Confident communicating with founders, clients, agents, and talents

Responsible, punctual, adaptable, and comfortable working on location

Students or fresh graduates in media, film, communications, or related fields are welcome

A portfolio or examples of video work are preferred
