Dezcon is a Sydney-based architecture and interior design studio specialising in high-end residential homes and bespoke interiors. Our work is architecturally led — every project begins with a resolved architectural vision, with interiors developed as a considered extension of that foundation. Design integrity is non-negotiable at every stage.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a senior practitioner — either a registered Architect or an Experienced Graduate of Architecture with 10+ years of hands-on residential experience — to join our studio team.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Director and studio team across a portfolio of high-end residential projects, taking a lead role in both design and technical delivery.

Responsibilities

Leading and contributing to design development and architectural planning

Preparing and coordinating architectural documentation in Revit

Developing and resolving floor plans, façades and architectural detailing

Preparing and managing DA and CDC submissions

Coordinating with consultants including structural, stormwater and services engineers

Contributing to client presentations and design communication

Driving projects through construction documentation phases

What We're Looking For

Registered Architect, or Experienced Graduate of Architecture with 10+ years' experience

Strong NSW residential project experience (essential)

High-level Revit proficiency (essential)

Proven ability to lead documentation and consultant coordination

Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project stages simultaneously

A considered design sensibility with a commitment to quality
