Hargreaves Design Group is a well-established, award-winning building design practice with offices in Bunbury (WA), Pakenham and Ringwood East (VIC). We provide architectural design services across residential, commercial and industrial developments.

We are seeking an experienced Revit Designer / Documenter to join our growing team in either our Bunbury office or Melbourne office (Pakenham / Ringwood East), with hybrid work flexibility available for the right candidate.

This role will primarily support projects based in Western Australia, working closely with our Bunbury team while benefiting from the support and systems of our broader national practice.

About the Role

You will be involved in:

Design development and documentation using Autodesk Revit

Producing accurate working drawings and documentation packages

Liaising with clients, consultants and local authorities

Conducting client meetings and site measurements where required

Supporting delivery of commercial, industrial and residential projects including construction phase support

About You

You will ideally have:

5+ years’ experience in building design, drafting or architectural documentation

Strong commercial project experience (residential experience also highly regarded)

Tertiary qualifications in building design, architecture or equivalent

Strong knowledge of the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards

Excellent technical ability and attention to detail

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Solid professional experience using Autodesk Revit

Knowledge of Western Australian codes and approval processes is advantageous but not essential, as training and support will be provided to the right candidate.

Australian work rights are essential.
