About the Role

Luce is Singapore's home services platform (cleaning, aircon, eldercare, handyman, pet care, and 20+ verticals). We're expanding our affiliate and brand partnership network (e.g. DBS, KrisPay, FavePay, HeyMax, Fuzzie) to drive new customer acquisition. We're looking for a part-time Collaboration Manager to own this end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Source, pitch, and negotiate partnerships with banks, e-wallets, rewards platforms, and lifestyle apps

Structure promo mechanics (discount codes, referral fees, co-marketing terms)

Manage the full partnership lifecycle: outreach → negotiation → contract/terms → launch → performance tracking

Coordinate with engineering/ops on what promo mechanics are technically feasible (e.g. new-account-only codes vs. per-session codes)

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like [Hours per week]

Pipeline sourcing & cold outreach (new affiliate leads) [3 hours]

Negotiation calls + follow-up with active/prospective partners [3 hours]

Contract/terms paperwork & tracking [3 hours]

Relationship maintenance with live partners (Fuzzie, etc.) [1 hour]

Work is lumpy by nature — active negotiation weeks run heavier, quiet weeks lighter. This role is scoped as a base retainer with flexibility to flex up as the pipeline of live partnerships grows beyond what's currently in motion (Fuzzie).

Requirements

2+ years experience in partnerships or business development, ideally in Singapore

Existing relationships with affiliate/rewards channels strongly preferred (banks, e-wallets, cashback/rewards platforms)

Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills

Comfortable working independently and reporting directly to a remote-ish, fast-moving marketing lead

Based in Singapore, available for occasional in-person meetings with partners

Nice to Have

Experience in home services, on-demand services, or subscription/marketplace platforms

Basic understanding of promo/referral mechanics and attribution (UTMs, referral codes)
