The Opportunity

• Industry: Facilities Management / Building Operations
• Salary: Up to $3,500/month + Shift Allowance
• Location: Science Park (Wiithin NUS)
• Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shift (Including Weekends & Public Holidays)
• Employment Type: 12 months contract (Under Adecco payroll, Convertible)

Responsibilities

• Monitor building services and critical infrastructure through the Building Management System (BMS).
• Respond to alarms, equipment faults, and abnormal operating conditions.
• Perform routine inspections and first-level troubleshooting.
• Coordinate maintenance works with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain operational logs, reports, and shift handovers.
• Support emergency response and incident management activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and site operating procedures.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in an engineering or related discipline.
• 1 year experience in facilities management or building operations.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
