We’re looking for a fun, vibrant and switched-on Receptionist to join the Coulson & Co team!

You don’t need years of real estate experience, in fact, you don’t necessarily need any.

We’re looking for the right person: someone with great energy, who loves people, is organised, keen to learn and happy to get stuck in.

THE ROLE

As the friendly face of Coulson & Co, you’ll be responsible for:

Welcoming clients and answering incoming calls

Helping with general enquiries

Assisting our sales and property management teams

Managing keys, documents and general office admin

Keeping the front office looking amazing

Learning our systems and the ins and outs of real estate

Jumping in and helping wherever needed!

Monday to Friday, 9am - 4:30pm
