The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced IT Productivity Platforms Engineer to join a high-performing team responsible for the administration, optimisation and evolution of enterprise productivity platforms used by thousands of employees.

This is more than a support role. You'll combine hands-on platform administration with automation, integrations and stakeholder engagement to deliver smarter ways of working across the business. If you enjoy solving complex problems, improving user experiences and working with modern SaaS technologies, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Administer and enhance enterprise productivity platforms including Jira, Confluence, Miro, Smartsheet, Lucid and other SaaS applications
  • Configure platforms, manage governance, permissions and security
  • Build automations and streamline business processes using APIs and scripting
  • Provide Level 3 technical support and resolve complex platform issues
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions
  • Support new platform features, integrations and software onboarding

About You

You'll have experience supporting enterprise collaboration or productivity platforms within a large organisation and enjoy working across both technical and business teams.

You'll bring experience in:

  • Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Platform administration, governance and security
  • Automation, APIs or scripting
  • Enterprise environments with multiple business stakeholders
  • Agile delivery and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
